The 6 rooms and apartments range in size from cozy double rooms to a self contained flat – all with views of the wonderful Irish countryside. Every room has been designed to give guests a relaxed and peaceful stay.

Double Budget Room

Perfect for couples or individual stays, the budget double comes with a comfortable double-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Accompanied by a flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with complimentary coffee.

This room is located on the first floor opposite our shared lounge and sun terrace.

Kate's Family Apartment

Our budget family apartment is spacious with a comfortable double bed in the main area along with 2 single beds in a connected second room. This accommodation includes a private kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster,coffee machine and stove. There is one bathroom with a walk -in shower. A large sofa as well as a flat screen TV allows a chance to relax after a busy day exploring!

This room is located on the first floor.

Self Contained Flat

Our Self Contained flat has its own private entrance at the end of the B&B with double doors. This flat has two levels with the ground floor including a large kitchen with all facilities including fridge, oven, stove, microwave and coffee machine. There is a ground floor bathroom including a shower. A seating area for dining and a sofa to watch the flat screen TV. A double bed is also present against the wall on the ground floor which can be pulled down to accommodate more guests

The second floor includes a comfortable double bed and an en-suite including walk in shower.

Apartment with Garden View

Our apartment with a garden view has its own private entrance towards the end of the B&B with double doors leading onto the garden. This accommodation has a large kitchen with all facilities including fridge, oven, stove, microwave and coffee machine and a dining area. There is a sofa as well as smart flat screen TV.

Passing the kitchen area, there is a bathroom and shower on the left hand side. The room at the back of the apartment includes a double and single bed. A second room is connected, divided by a cover and includes another single bed.

Due to this apartment being on ground floor, it is accessible for wheelchair users and includes wheelchair friendly showers with support bars and seat in place.
